The WakeBallast Factory Ballast Upgrade integrates ballast bags with your Nautique 226 center hard tank, adding capacity and creating a bigger, better wake. Designed to maximize your boat’s performance, this system boosts your ballast for a cleaner, more powerful wave—perfect for both wakesurfing and wakeboarding.

The Nautique 226 can support this 500LB V shaped bow bag. 

Using your boat’s existing ballast controls, the bags fill and drain automatically through the dash switches, keeping everything user-friendly. When the center tank reaches capacity, water flows into the bow bag until full, then vents out like stock. Draining works in reverse for a seamless, hassle-free experience.

Adding bow weight balances the boat for a longer surf pocket and smoother wakeboard landings, giving you the full performance your Nautique was built for.

DIY-Friendly Install:
Each WakeBallast upgrade kit includes the best-fitting bag(s), hoses, and hardware for your boat. Installs easily in an afternoon, or can be completed by your local boat service center.
