It takes more than just the stock ballast to achieve the wake you've always wanted. Our aftermarket ballast solutions increase the overall capacity of your boat's factory ballast system for improved performance while keeping the convenience of controlling all ballast with the switches at your dash. The ballast bags included in your Factory Ballast Upgrade are integrated into your boat's existing ballast system for automated filling/draining.

The WakeMAKERS FIT Series ballast bags included in your upgrade kit has been specially tailored to have a proper fit in your rear lockers. A correct fitting bag shape ensures maximized capacity, easy integration, and better results for your wake. The provided ballast bags include everything required for use with the optional AutoVent System on 2017+ Malibu boats. The ballast bags can be easily removed for winterization and routine maintenance.

In conjunction with your Malibu's SurfGate, the increased capacity of your factory ballast system after this installation will drastically improve the size of your surf wake.
